Hello again everyone.

This message contains both "good" & "not so good" news.

We finished term 1 on a "high" with most of our children reaching the next level of swimming & receiving their certificates.
Some are now going onto a mini squad which will be very different for them, & others gaining the confidence that has been evading them all term. It is great to see the change & to see the smile on their faces when they achieve something new.

Sale of the property & business is still proceeding slowly. We will still be operating the business through term 3 then changeover is predicted at end of September. Updates later as they happen.

The "not so good" news is that due to unforseen circumstances, the swim school will be closed until 18th June.We will open as usual on 19th June & operate through the July school holidays if customers want, then straight into term 3. We are very sorry for any inconvenience, but this decision was unavoidable. We will be contactable by email (not phone) during this time on NEATENAME@bigpond.com.au for any enquiries etc.
Our squad at the aquatic centre will recommence on Thursday 24th May & the Monday squad here will start again on Monday 18th June. No other lessons will operate on that day.

Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience, but we will definitely be back in full swing on 19th June .

Until then, paddle, paddle, kick, kick to keep up the practice & ensure the children don't forget what to do.

Hello again everyone.

Sorry, I missed last week with it being such a hectic & short week with Easter.

This week we are into the Assessment week & next week is the last week for term 1, 2018. All the children are assessed within their levels & a certificate is issued next week. This keeps the parents up with what the children can do in their appropriate levels.

With the sale of the business still progressing, we will be in charge till the end of term 3 (approximately). The new owners will be continuing the business after that & most of our teachers will be staying. More updates on this later.

Term 1 finishes on Friday 13th April with term 2 NOT commencing till Monday 7th May. This means there will be 3 weeks holidays instead of the usual 2. There will be 8 Mondays, 9 Tuesday - Fridays & 7 Saturdays next term. We still have limited spots available on some days, so remember that winter is the best time to learn to swim & if you want to book your children in, NOW is the time to do it.

Until next week, paddle, paddle, kick, kick.

Hello again everyone.
A little late again this week but i was waiting to give you the good news.

We are currently in the process of exchanging contracts for the sale of the business & property. The new owner has indicated that he wishes to continue operating the swim school which we are very happy about. After building it up for nearly 22 years, it would be a shame to close it down. It is proposed that the settlement will be on 30th June with handover period during term 3. Owing to this fact, everything will be running as normal for terms 2 & 3.

There will be NO holiday program during the April school holidays. If you have children you are wishing to book in, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a spot suitable to you. Our squad training sessions will also be running as normal during terms 2 & 3. For more information on these lessons or squad sessions please phone us on 48212553.

Until next week, paddle, paddle, kick, kick.
